As part of our commitment to giving back to the community and as our corporate social responsibility, Skintivity Skincare showed solidarity and commemorated with The Albino Foundation, TAF Africa, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for the recognition and respect of the rights and socio-economic inclusion of people living with albinism.
Members of Skintivity Skincare Limited management team, headed by the Chief Operating Officer, Adanma Okoro, who represented the Managing Director of Skintivity Skincare Limited, Dr. Hilda Titiloye, were received by members of TAF Africa alongside notable figures passionate about the cause. These include the Founder and CEO of TAF Africa, Mr. Jake Epelle, and the FCT Chairman of the Albinism Association of Nigeria, Barrister Rex Erameh. Their presence underscored the importance of collaborative efforts to address the skin health challenges faced by individuals with albinism.
Skintivity Skincare generously donated nearly two million worth of RESTORE Eventone Physical Sunscreen SPF50, designed to offer strong protection against the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation. These effects are particularly threatening to individuals with albinism.

Barrister Rex Erameh echoed these sentiments and emphasized the urgent need for greater awareness and support for individuals with albinism. The event also provided a platform for discussing the broader challenges faced by people with albinism in Nigeria. Due to their lack of melanin, individuals with albinism are particularly susceptible to the sun’s harmful effects, putting them at a higher risk of developing skin cancer. Therefore, access to effective sun protection and regular dermatological care is essential.
