HIFU lift (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Technology) is a non-surgical treatment that provides the benefits of a facelift without surgery. This treatment helps achieve a three dimensional antiaging solution by improving wrinkling, reducing fat in certain face areas and lift (making face tighter to create a “V shaped” face).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This procedure uses focused ultrasound technology, where the energy is focused to a point where it effectively reaches the target tissue layer: dermis, subcutaneous tissue, SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) to stimulate collagen or SMAS contraction and proliferation, fat cell dissolution, rejuvenation of wrinkles and a face lift effect. While the energy is passing through the epidermis, other tissues and cells will not be damaged.
